Privacy Policy
18+ · Entertainment only. Kismat Island is a free social card game for adults. There is no real-money gambling and nothing can be won. Chips and gems are virtual, have no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money or prizes. Trading chips for money is forbidden (see the Terms of Service). The game offers optional in-app purchases through Google Play.

What we collect, and why

We do not ask for your phone number, contacts or precise location, and we do not sell personal data.
Advertising
The game shows optional rewarded ads (for example, to boost a daily gift). In the Google Play version these are served by Google AdMob, which uses your device's advertising ID and device information to select and measure ads. See Google's advertising policies and Privacy Policy. You can reset your advertising ID or turn off ad personalisation in your Android settings. We do not receive your advertising ID.
Who processes the data
- Google Cloud (region Mumbai, India) hosts the game servers and database.
- Google Play handles purchases and sign-in; Google AdMob serves ads.
- Apple handles purchases and Sign in with Apple in the iPhone version, which shows no ads.
- The ad network that referred your install receives only a confirmation that a registration happened, linked to its own click identifier.
How long we keep it
Account data, balance history and chat are kept while your account exists. Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider. When an account is deleted, its personal data is removed within 30 days, except records we must keep by law or to deal with fraud or a dispute.
Your rights and choices
- Change your display name at any time in your Profile.
- Delete your account yourself, at any time, from inside the game: Profile → Delete account. This removes your account, balances, friends and history at once.
- Ask for a copy of your data, correction, or deletion of your account by writing to service@kismatisland.com with your player ID. We reply within 30 days.
- Unlink your Google account in your Profile.
- Clear the app's data or uninstall to remove what is stored on your device.
- Turn sounds, music and voices off in Settings.
Age
The game contains simulated casino-style card games and is for adults aged 18 or over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has used the game, contact us and we will delete the account.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections and stored on Google Cloud with restricted access. Never share passwords, one-time codes or payment details with other players: we will never ask for them in chat.
Changes
When this policy changes, the new version is published at this address with a new effective date.
