Terms of Service
18+For adults only, and for entertainment only. Kismat Island is a free-to-play social card game. It does not offer real-money gambling. You cannot win money or prizes. Chips and gems are virtual items with no cash value. The game offers optional in-app purchases.
1. Who we are
Kismat Island (“the game”) is operated by SingularityAI (“we”, “us”). Contact: service@kismatisland.com. By opening or playing the game you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the game.
2. Age requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older, and of legal age to play social casino-style games where you live, to use the game. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to play. If we learn that a player is under 18, we will close the account.
3. No real-money gambling, no prizes
- The game is for amusement only. No real money is wagered, and nothing of real-world value can be won.
- Chips and gems are a licence to use virtual items inside the game. They are not money, not property, and not a store of value. They cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, redeemed or exchanged for real money, goods, services or prizes of any kind, by us or by anyone else.
- The game does not link to, promote or direct players to real-money gambling, and it is entirely separate from any real-money gambling operation.
- Doing well in the game does not mean you would do well at real-money gambling.
4. Trading chips is forbidden
You must not buy, sell, trade, rent or transfer chips, gems, items or accounts for real money or anything of value — inside or outside the game.
- No selling chips or accounts, and no buying them, through any website, app, chat group, social media or person.
- No “agents”, “dealers” or middlemen offering chips for money, UPI, gift cards, mobile recharge, cryptocurrency or anything else.
- No using the in-game gift feature, tables or chat to carry out or arrange such a trade, including deliberately losing chips to another player.
- No advertising such trades, posting contact details, phone numbers or links for them, or asking other players to take part.
Accounts involved in trading chips — on either side — will be permanently banned, and their chips, gems and items removed without refund. We may also report such activity to the relevant authorities. Anyone who offers to sell you chips is not connected with us; we will never ask you to pay anyone other than Google Play.
5. In-app purchases
- You may buy gems with real money through Google Play. Gems can be converted to chips and spent on cosmetic items inside the game. Buying is optional; the game can be played without paying.
- Prices are shown in the store before you buy. Payment, billing and refunds are handled by Google Play under Google Play's own terms and refund policy.
- A purchase is final once the virtual items are delivered to your account. Virtual items have no cash value and are not refundable by us, except where the law requires it.
- If you are disputing a charge, contact us first at the address above with your order number.
6. Your account
- One account per person. Your account is tied to this install, or to the Google account you choose to link.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your device and linked account secure.
- We may change virtual balances that came from a bug, an error or a breach of these Terms.
7. Fair play
You must not cheat, use bots or scripts, exploit bugs, collude with other players, run several accounts to move chips between them, or interfere with the game or other players. Cards are dealt by our servers; computer players (marked as house players) fill empty seats and play by the same rules.
8. Chat and conduct
- Be respectful. No abuse, harassment, hate speech, sexual content, threats, spam or impersonation of staff.
- No links, phone numbers, email addresses or payment details in chat. No offers to buy or sell chips (see section 4).
- Public chat messages may be reviewed and removed by our moderators. We may mute, suspend or ban accounts that break these rules.
- Never share passwords, one-time codes or payment information with anyone in the game.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or permanently close an account that breaks these Terms, including for trading chips, cheating or abuse. When an account is closed, its virtual items are lost. You may stop using the game and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).
10. Play responsibly
The game is meant to be a pleasant pastime. Take breaks, and set limits on time and spending. If playing stops being fun, or you feel you may have a problem with gambling or gaming, please stop and seek help from a professional or a support organisation in your country.
11. Changes and availability
We may change, suspend or end the game or any feature, and change these Terms. The current version is always at this page, with its effective date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new Terms.
12. Liability
The game is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the loss of virtual items, which have no monetary value. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
